For the authors who have uploaded a paper using registration fee, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn. For the authors whose registration fee is not used for paper upload, if she/he cannot attend the conference, a refund of the registration can be requested with the following charge:

By October 1, 2024: an 80% of the fee will be refunded.

By October 20, 2024: a 50% of the fee will be refunded.

From October 21, 2024: no refunds.

All cancellations and changes must be sent by e-mail to: zhang-jiangyan@dlnu.edu.cn. All refunds will be processed after E-COSM 2024.
